携手结对党建 促进融合发展

在集团副总经理于秀琴女士的牵线下,中共澳门新京葡萄网控股集团党支部与中共中国石油华东化工销售宁波高新区分公司党支部结对合作开展党建活动。九月十二日,双方党支部成员在宁波镇海口海防历史纪念馆开展了为期一天的党建共建活动,也意味着双方的全方位合作正式拉开帷幕。

 

 

上午,双方支部的全体成员参观了宁波镇海口海防历史纪念馆。双方支部的全体党员在认真聆听了讲解员生动的讲解后,对镇海人抗倭、抗英、抗法、抗日四次闻名中外的反侵略战争有了更为深入的了解。

 

在抗倭时期,名将戚继光镇守镇海,鏖战甬江南北,威扬史册;鸦片战争时期,民族英雄林则徐与裕谦亲自督战,血战英军;在抗日战争中,中国军队与日军激战于招宝山、戚家山,英雄事迹可歌可泣。最让镇海人骄傲的是1885年抗击法军入侵的战役。有多少镇海人为了保家卫国,献出了宝贵的生命。

 

英雄是民族的脊梁,他们的事迹永远闪射着耀眼的光芒。在场党员都被镇海人不怕牺牲,英勇奉献,自强不息的民族精神深深地感染着。

 

 

 

 

下午,双方支部的全体成员开展了座谈活动。座谈会由澳门新京葡萄网党支部书记高学生主持。

 

首先,双方与会者畅所欲言,充分表达了参观红色教育基地的感受,大家一致认为,参观红色基地就是要让党员牢记入党时的宣誓,牢记我们的初心,牢记我们的使命。我们生活在和平年代的每一名党员要继承和发扬不怕牺牲的精神,将这种精神体现在战胜工作和生活中遇到的困难上,我们就会无往而不胜,我们就会永远有一种乐观精神,就会永远自信。

 

共产党员一定要为人民谋幸福,为民族谋复兴,去挥洒汗水、贡献智慧。北宋大家张载说过,“为天地立心。为生民立命,为往圣继绝学,为万世开太平”。北宋时期政治家、文学家范仲淹倡导,“先天下之忧而忧,后天下之乐而乐”。明朝最著名的思想家、哲学家、书法家兼军事家、教育家王阳明临终时说道,“吾心光明,亦复何言”。其实他们所讲何尝不是我们党员的标准。

 

 

 

 

其后,两位书记深度交流了各自支部的发展历史、工作经验、未来规划。大家的认识是统一的,党建不是做做样子,喊喊口号。党建的目的是统一思想,凝聚人心,查找不足;是为企业的发展献计献策,为拓展经营渠道苦练本领,为相关部门提供优质服务。党建的目的是要提高党员的责任意识,让党员认识到党员永远要做急先锋、带头人、弄潮儿,要不惧困难,更要敢为人先。

 

再后,澳门新京葡萄网控股集团副总经理兼杭州旭达贸易有限公司总经理于秀琴女士介绍了公司情况和双方业务发展情况,表达了对对方公司的感谢之情和对双方进一步合作的期盼之意。

 

 

最后,双方支部书记代表各自党支部签署了双方《党支部联建共建协议书》。

 

 

联合党建活动让我们看到了各自的长处与自身的不足。大家一致认为,在企业管理、企业文化,业务发展上多交流,多沟通,通过党建促进融合发展,会让我们的企业未来可期。
